In that time, the four of us have completed twenty-five brand new games in the wood shop. Cecile doesn't like hand -painting the "standard" sets, so I concentrated on doing that while she put the finish varnish on the fronts and felt on the backs. Gary is our "rough-cutter," cutting the boards out with the bandsaw, and then does all the finish sanding at the other end of the board production. (We also sent Gary off with enough boards to finish sanding to make another 60 sets.) Ken does everything in between . . . does the final shaping of the boards, drills all the holes, uses the router to round out both ends and routs the indentation so that the boards nest together when the game is set up.
We work hard all day, and yet we still made time to play just about every night of their short stay.
Life is good!

Ahh! P&J is such a great game and the folks who are lucky enough to buy a set of yours are doubly lucky. Glad you had the time to work on more sets...what will you do with all the extra time on your hands?
Good work gang! That is funny that you left off on an even number for the pegs and joker wins. Boy it just seems like they got there. That means it is that much closer for us to be coming up. Yahooey! We are counting the days.
wow i don't know how you find the time to do all you do....i guess it is different when you stay in one spot for awhile....nice job on the pnj games....laura
