We still need to order nearly twenty more boards to complete the job, but the skills learned today will allow the boys to participate with Ken as a team, and the job will go fast once the lumber is delivered.
CD was eager to help, too. He learned to drill a 3" screw through the replaced railings into the corral posts.
After KL gave the pregnant goats extra sweet cobb as a treat this afternoon, Lacey spent a good five minutes licking KL's hands . . . she must love the molasses sweetened residue left on her hands.Life is good!

What a great great great absolutely beautiful day! Thank you for teaching the boys "tool skills".
Really a good thing if the boys learn those kinds of things from their Papa and are able to maintain the corral and become real "handy men" around Simply Country. I bet they loved learning that. Lacey sure looks happy in her new home. And more goats expected! Wow!!
